Avakeen is a Swedish startup. They are an e-commerce fashion & clothing store that specializes in selling streetwear, ethnic wear, and seasonal clothing. We helped build their mobile app design and development into a finished product.
Our main goal was to build the website and create the mobile app that properly reflects the potential of the brand Avakeen with a whole new level of online presence planned to take things to the next level and enable the business to serve the consumers of the entire country.

Since we had a clear strategy and tactics in place from the start, there was no room for confusion or handoffs to occur.
This necessitated regular meetings so that we could have a thorough understanding of the business and discuss the implementation processes openly. A collaborative strategic approach with our expert in-house designers and developers became handy in creating a fluid design and development ensuring a world class e-commerce platform.
We added structure to the web platform and mobile app to make it easier for customers to shop. With this environment, we were able to strike a good balance between the needs of our users and those of the business. A good checkout experience necessitated the addition of a secure payment channel. Further, we tweaked the backend so that adding new products was a cinch.
The next stage after concentrating on the structural solution was to define the User flow. We came up with a list of every possible functional necessity (task) for the user and coupled it with a desired result. We decided to divide them into three priority levels: high, medium, and low.
Developers began coding the design provided by designers after doing an in-depth analysis. The implementation was influenced by a variety of elements, including previous expertise, aesthetic concerns, personal taste, and knowledge of design principles.
We were able to do a thorough investigation into the various strategies in order to determine and deliver a solution that would benefit both the user and the business. To construct the prototype, we utilized all of our findings from the research, client engagement, discussion, and design concepts to the fullest extent possible. Our engineers worked with us to design the precise software that the client requested and was delighted with the results.
