Profit-365 - A Real-Time Market Intelligence Platform

Profit-365 Market Insights is a custom trading and subscriber management platform built for a team of full-time traders in Canada to scale their growing subscriber base without losing the personal touch behind their success. The platform brings market data, predictive stock analysis, subscriber communication, interest-based insights, and subscription management into one connected system. It provides dedicated tools for the trading team to manage clients and deliver insights, while giving subscribers a self-serve experience for accessing market information and managing their plans.

Client Background

Kanav leads a small team of full-time traders based in Canada, with a genuine, hands-on read on global markets. Their following didn't grow on hype — it grew on results. Behind every call is a proprietary model the team built themselves, one that reads global market data and momentum to forecast which stocks are likely to be strong buys and which are likely to fall over the days ahead. No AI guesswork - pure data analysis, refined by a team that lives in the markets full-time. That model has held close to an 80% success rate, and it's the reason subscribers kept coming back: real, verifiable profit, not marketing.

Pain Points

The team's trading calls were already earning subscriber trust, but the systems supporting that business were struggling to keep up. As the audience grew, communication, research, subscriptions, and client management became increasingly dependent on disconnected tools and manual processes, making growth harder to sustain.

Broadcast-only communication couldn't serve every subscriber

Kanav and his team managed their entire client base through WhatsApp and Telegram groups, pushing market insights out as broadcasts. It worked for getting a tip out fast, but it left no room for the back-and-forth subscribers actually needed.

Individual queries had to be handled manually, one by one

A meaningful share of subscribers had specific questions about a call why a stock was flagged, how to size a position, what the model was seeing. Every one of those conversations happened through individual chat, by hand, which didn’t scale as the subscriber count grew.

Research and analysis were scattered across Excel, notes, and disconnected tools

The team’s market analysis the work behind every pick lived across spreadsheets, personal notes, and whatever tool was convenient at the time. Useful for the team internally, but with nowhere for it to live as a shared, structured product.

Premium and Ultimate subscribers weren’t getting a premium experience

Higher-tier subscribers were paying for a closer, more tailored relationship, but with communication still running through the same broadcast groups, there wasn’t a real way to give them the deeper, higher-touch service their plan implied.

Diversified portfolios made one-size-fits-all group tips less useful

As the subscriber base grew, more people were investing across multiple markets and instruments rather than just one. A single group broadcast couldn’t serve someone tracking commodities and someone tracking tech equities equally well insights needed to reach people by what they actually cared about, which meant moving from group posts to direct, interest-based messaging.

Growth itself became the bottleneck

Every new subscriber added more manual work more group management, more individual replies, more spreadsheet rows. Past a certain point, growing the business further was only possible by managing everything from one centralized place instead of stitching tools together by hand.

Client Expectations

One platform to manage the entire business market data, their own predictive model, client communication, and subscriptions instead of five disconnected tools

The ability to message subscribers one-on-one, not just broadcast to a group, so individual queries didn’t have to eat into trading hours

Broadcasts that could be targeted by plan tier Free, Premium, and Ultimate members each getting what’s relevant to them

Direct, interest-based messaging so subscribers with diversified portfolios get insights for the markets they’re actually invested in, not a generic group feed

Live, global market data built into the platform itself

A home for their own data-driven momentum model — the one Kanav and his team had built themselves, with no AI involved, to forecast near-term strong buys and strong sellers so its output could reach subscribers directly

A centralized place to manage the business as the subscriber base kept growing, instead of scaling by adding more manual effort

Something simple enough that running it wouldn’t become its own full-time job

Proposed Solution

Admin Command Center

An admin panel where Kanav and his team track global markets, run their model to surface the best picks, and manage every client conversation one-on-one chat and tiered broadcasts from a single screen.

The Momentum Model, Productized

The team’s own predictive model built entirely on global market data and momentum analysis, with no AI involved now runs inside the platform itself, surfacing near-term strong buy and strong sell calls directly into the admin dashboard instead of a spreadsheet.

Subscriber Dashboard & Plan Management

A self-serve dashboard where subscribers land, start on a free plan, and upgrade to Premium or Ultimate when they’re ready backed by Stripe for billing and a money-back guarantee for anyone who isn’t satisfied.

Personalized Insight Routing via DM

Subscribers tag their investment interests on sign-up, so those with diversified portfolios get insights direct-messaged for the specific markets they’re actually invested in, instead of relying on a one-size-fits-all group broadcast.

Live Market Experience

Real-time price data refreshing every second, built into a UI designed to feel like an actual trading terminal rather than a static dashboard.

How Is This Different from Other Agencies?

Most agencies sell hours. TechEniac partners on outcomes. Here is what that looks like in practice.

Challenges

How We Resolved

Broadcasts stalling at scale

Early on, sending a single broadcast out to a large, tiered subscriber base would get stuck mid-send. Fixed by rebuilding the message dispatch layer to auto-scale, so a broadcast to hundreds of subscribers across every plan tier goes out reliably, every time.

Making live data feel live

Streaming per-second price updates is one thing making the interface feel like a real, trustworthy trading environment rather than a page that just refreshes is another. We spent real time on the UI layer specifically to get that feel right.

Accuracy couldn’t be negotiable

Kanav and his team’s entire reputation rests on the quality of their calls, so the pipeline feeding their model’s output to subscribers had to be exact no rounding errors, no stale data. That precision took longer to get right than we’d planned for, but for a platform where subscribers are making real financial decisions, it wasn’t a place to cut corners.
